This will make you nearly as good as a cash buyer in the eyes of a seller, and it will eliminate bumps down the road. Most sellers will actually not even entertain an offer without a letter of pre-approval.Clients often need to find a good lender, but you’re in luck because we know quite a few in our area. You also need to be educated about the loan process and the products available to you. Did you know that some loans don’t even require a down payment? Would that be the right loan for you?
