Dane County MLS Pending Home Sales Update – March 2015

We measure the number of Dane County single family home listings
with accepted offers on the last day of each month. This snapshot provides us with a forward looking view of home sales over the next two months.

Dane County Pending Home Sales – March 2015 (excluding condos)

On March 31st, 1,090 Dane County single family home listings had accepted offers, up 47% from the 742 listings on March 31st of 2014. This snapshot suggests we’ll see home sales in April and May well above the sales totals from the same months the year prior. *Note this month’s pending homes sales are up by 23% from the same month two years ago, and up by 63% from the same month 3 years ago.
