THE BLACKHAWK NEIGHBORHOOD
Known for it’s beautiful homes, this neighborhood was a regular part of the Madison Area Builder Association’s “Parade of Homes”, where high-end builders show off their building prowess. This neighborhood is comprised of nearly 500 homes and located on Madison’s West side. The subdivision is bordered by Pleasant View Road on the East, Old Sauk Road on the South and Blackhawk Road on the North. Just across Blackhawk Road is Pleasant View Golf Course.
