We’ve been paying close attention to the latest search trends in real estate, and we’ve found that the overwhelming majority of people search for homes using their mobile phone or tablet. UNFORTUNATELY, what’s available on the market, like Zillow, doesn’t allow you to separate listings out that have accepted offers.
That’s why I’m excited to announce the launch of Keller Williams’ new mobile search app. This app allows you to search by neighborhood rather than ZIP code or geocode, which differentiates it from other apps and helps you focus on the target areas in which you’re interested. You’re also able to filter out properties that have accepted offers, and you waste less time on your home search.
There are plenty of other helpful features you’ll find in this app as well. It can show you the respective scores of various neighborhoods and school districts, as well as the testimonies of the people who live there.
